The pour over method is probably the most popular way to manually brew coffee. Ceramic pour overs consistently brew a great cup of coffee. Easily brew one cup or 4.
For 4 cups, or 425 gr of water we use 20 gr of medium ground coffee. Heat your water between 185 and 195 degrees for the best flavor extraction. I find it a bit sweeter at 185 and a bit bolder at 195 degrees.
