A richly roasted bean without tasting burnt.  Brew with your favorite method for a full-bodied cup of joe.  Our own blend of Central & South American coffee beans, this roast offers richness in flavor whether you use a French Press, stove top espresso maker, or traditional espresso machine.  The Roaster carefully manages the roasting profile.  He backs off that heat before the full presence of oil appears.
