When will my coffee arrive?

  • We ship out our product within 2 business days.  We ship by Priority Mail so you get it fast.
  • If for some reason there is a delay, we will contact you.

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping is $8 no matter how much you order.
  • For a limited time, you can get free shipping on two pounds or more - use the discount code “Fedora”

How does the subscription work?

  • When you add a bag to your cart choose “Subscribe & Save”.  Only the items you decide to subscribe to will be in your subscription.
  • Subscriptions are ordered the 1st day of the month, shipped the 2nd day.

Why do I get a message my ‘email is not found’ when I try to log in?

  • You forgot to log into your email and verify your account.  Let us know and we can send a new account invite to you.

How do I change the coffee in my subscription?

  • Log in
