When will my coffee arrive?

  • We strive to ship out our product within 2 business days.  We ship by Priority Mail so you get it fast.  
  • If for some reason there is an unusual delay, we will contact you.


How much is shipping?

  • Shipping is typically $9 (USPS or UPS rates apply)
  • Orders over $55 receive free shipping


    How does the subscription work?

    • When you add a bag to your cart choose “Subscribe & Save”.  Only the items you decide to subscribe to will be in your subscription.
    • Subscriptions are shipped monthly (or choose every 2 months).
    • You have lots of flexibility with your subscription - log in and make changes whenever you like.
    • Save 5% on all subscriptions.


    Why do I get a message my ‘email is not found’ when I try to log in?

    • You may have forgotten to log into your email and verify your account.  Let us know and we can send a new account invite to you.


    How do I change the coffee in my subscription?

    • Log in
    • On the right, click ‘Manage Subscriptions’

    What do you mean when you say…

    • Organic?  We value organic beans as verified by our coffee importer, without the use of chemical additives. We order organic when at all possible.
    • Fair Trade?  We value fair prices paid to producers with an emphasis on integrity and transparency.
    • Single-origin?  We define single-origin as coffee sourced from a region or country.
