When will my coffee arrive?
- We strive to ship out our product within 2 business days. We ship by Priority Mail so you get it fast.
- If for some reason there is an unusual delay, we will contact you.
How much is shipping?
- Shipping is typically $9
- Orders over $50.00 receive free shipping
How does the subscription work?
- When you add a bag to your cart choose “Subscribe & Save”. Only the items you decide to subscribe to will be in your subscription.
- Subscriptions are shipped monthly.
- You have lots of flexibility with your subscription - log in and make changes whenever you like.
- Save 5% on all subscriptions.
Why do I get a message my ‘email is not found’ when I try to log in?
- You may have forgotten to log into your email and verify your account. Let us know and we can send a new account invite to you.

- Organic? We value organic beans as verified by our coffee importer, without the use of chemical additives.
- Fair Trade? We value fair prices paid to producers with an emphasis on integrity and transparency.
- Single-origin? We define single-origin as coffee sourced from a region or country.
